Beith backs Kelly report on MPs' expenses

The Kelly Report is a chance for a fresh start for Parliament.

Sir Alan Beith has welcomed the report issued by Sir Christopher Kelly and the Committee on Standards in Public Life. He said

"The report is well argued and provides a basis for a fresh start for Parliament, and its recommendations should be accepted."
