Beith: Cameron should explain Berwick's financial mess11.20.00am BST (GMT +0100) Tue 1st May 2007 Liberal Democrat MP for Berwick Alan Beith has condemned the Conservative leader for his failure to address local concerns in his visit to Berwick on Monday. Mr Beith said "David Cameron ought to have used his visit to explain why the Conservatives have made such a mess of running Berwick Borough Council over the last four years. "Of course, if he is prepared to give his support to our fight to increase services at Berwick Infirmary that will always be welcome."
